In preparation for his new expedition we trained Arved Fuchs and his crew as part of an initial training course. Components of the training included basic emergency, basic resuscitation training with special emphasis on alternative airway management, hypothermia procedures and bridging longer waiting times until the arrival of the rescue forces.
